I want to view the 2009 w2. I want to verify what my income was and what taxes were taken out.

You don't get a W2 from unemployment, you get a 1009 as far as I know. You should be able to go onto their website and get your payment history.

You cannot get an official W2 until the company sends one to you. The best you can do is use your last paystub from the year in question.

Oh and the other poster was correct, it is a 1099 form that you get not a W2 from your state.

If you want to know that the actual 1099 is correct, you'll have to wait until you get it. I've seen cases where a 1099 (or W2) does not correspond with other records, so there's nothing saying the 1099 will be correct if if you can get info from their website. (Unless of course the website actually has tax records that are an exact duplicate of what they send you. And those may not be completed yet. These things take time, trust me!)
