My last period was on 8th December 2009.

I got different problem now, I repeated the pregnancy test at home and it's positive this time. So next day 02/01/2010 I consulted the doctor as I had severe stomach ache(Cramp), doctor advised to me get internal scanning done. The scanning result says "Septated Uterus with endometrial thickened".

Please let me know what are the possible effects of "SEPTATED UTERUS" and how it can be cured if it's a problem.

Basically a septate uterus is a congenital malformation of the uterus. This happened when your mother was pregnant with you. There is nothing you did, or could have done, to prevent this.

Women with a septate uterus are at a higher risk for miscarriage, and if the pregnancy does not result in miscarriage, the risks of preterm labor and delivery are higher. Pregnant women with this condition should be in the care of a high risk obstetrician.

Thank you very much for the answer.

Please let me know can this be cured?
What type of treatment?

Typically surgery is the only option. However, it's not something that always needs to be "cured."

You will have to discuss this with your doctor. Since I don't know you, nor do I know your medical history, there is no other way to advise you. Please speak to your doctor about this.

Thank you very much for your reply.

Is tender coconut safe this time, somebody says strictly no to it and somebody says it's good during pregnancy. Please advice.
