I'm here with student visa, or better student status aproved by immigration, and my daughter was here with me, but my mother in law got to depress in Brazil and I sent my daughter just for stay with her for 2 months and back, but I sent my daughter visa for U.S.cosulate in Brazil to get a student visa, because she had student status like me, well, the point is the consul denied and cancel her turist visa, and I'm legal student in USA, my daughter see I and my wife at web and ask me do you come pick me up dad, you know this is so hard for us, and I have to stay here maybe for 6 months or one year. Wath do you think about, have some way to bring my daughter.

You must apply dependent visa for her... I assume you are now F-1, if so, contact your school and get I-20 for dependent. You must get power of attorney to have your mother in laws take care of this issue on your behalf. Then apply for F-2 at US consulate, you must provide financial documents that sufficient to cover yourself, your wife, and your daughter.

The other problem is who will bring her here... if you can't go, then you must give consent to have your mother in laws bring her to US, if she already has a visa.
