It depends on how friendly you are with the person. Very friendly, in love, with would be toujous a toi as to a close friend, toujours por toi.

These suble tailor made nuances are what make French the language of intimacy.

I was using "toujours por toi", but it sems that "toujours a toi" is better for me. Thank you very much, your reply was very useful.
