Hi, I have a Kenmore washing machine 70 series... it fills with water (normal). However, throughout the agitate cycle it sounds like a LOUD tractor, followed by humming with no motion at the spin cycle and won't drain. It is direct drive & there's no leaking oil. Any advice for me? Thanks!
