I am having sharp but transient pains in my left breast which seems to emanate from the nipple area. I ate a curry earlier on and it has been happening since then. It does not travel anywhere nor do I feel unwell apart from a little indigestion and anxiety.
I am a 46 year old, overweight non smoking female. I keep fit at the gym and have an active job.
Is it possible it is some form of indigestion and coming from the gastric area?

If by in the nipple area you mean behind it but more like in the Rib cage area.. it could very well be gas pains.. how they get up there?? No idea... but this is just a guess... also you may have pulled something... you mentioned you go to the gym... it may be one of these two esp if it only hurts when you move.. or breathe or something... but I'm no expert
