SOMEBODY KNOWS THE ANSWER
I have asked several roofing suppliers but not had an answer that fits, no, I do not, nor cannot replace my whole roof -it is too big.
I have a decra tile-composite aluminium and other material shingle roof. The tiles are not single tiles but are laid out in staggered lengths of a pre-formed rectangle.
Anyway, after a hard hurricane season two-three years ago the roof has developed leaks, everywhere. What is the best way to repair the leaks? The roof is in a hot climate so rain is only an intermittant problem, but when it does rain there is wind..
I thought of trying a roofing repair tape, if I can find it, and a elastimatic coating (red? Or paintable). The size of the roof would make caulking under the edge of the tiles prohibitive, tape seems to be a more cost effective solution. What are my options.
How do I do it ( very handy with any tool) and where can I find the products?
Any suggestions??
