Hi Sandra...

Nope... never heard an offset Twist-n-fit closet flange... sorry!

A better approach here might be to purchase an offset cast iron flange and some oakum (comes in a small bag at home depot) and a can of soil seal and install the cast iron flange as follows:

Remove the old cast iron flange and clean away all the oakum and the lead and then clean the pipe up real good. Install the offset cast iron flange and then take some oakum and PACK it down into the cast iron flange so that you make a tight seal between the pipe and the cast iron flange with the oakum. Be sure to leave a minimum of 1" of space from the oakum to the top of the pipe and then pack in some of the soil seal using a putty knife. Let it dry as instructed on the can and then screw the new closet flange to the floor. Set the wax gasket and the johnni bolts and install the toilet bowl and tank as needed.

You will also need a long yarning iron (available at home depot, too) or a long DULL chisel or similar tool to pack the oakum at the angle needed in an offset closet flange.

Let us know what you think on this... glad to discuss all aspects.
