I'm mixed race from london .with post inflammatory hyperpigmation on my beard area due to old razor burn ingrowing hairs etc .I don't have these issues anymore but the darkening remains .ps its not the hair under the skin I waxed once ouch darkness was still there.
Anyway will bio clair cream oil mix work .ill try to put up a pic before the hyperpigmation and now with hyperpigmation

Wait for another month or so I think.. most products take at least two months to really start working with noticeable results..

I agree sometimes it takes a while give it a few more weeks and then think about changing, you may need a higher hq percentage

I've been using bio claire oil and cream on my stomach and legs it definitely worked really well it lightened my stomach about 3 shades but as far as fading any marks on my legs no it didn't work at all. I used the oil on my face... MISTAKE! At first it worked REALLY good it made my face WAY to light my mom and sister were like what the heck? Lmao then a week later it ruined my beautiful skin right beside my nose and on my forehead I got tiny irritation bumps.. also it makes your skin very thin and your vain's show... so if its just for lightening a couple of shades I recommend bio claire oil with Clear Essence AHA Soap if it is to FADE and lighten away dark spots from acne/irritation/blemishes then I recommend SH-18 that's what I used to with Clear Essence Maxi Tone skin lightening soap to get rid of the dark marks bio claire left and now its literally gone in time for Christmas:)(2 weeks) HQ 4% usually evens skin discoloration , liver spots etc, and mequinol-tretinoin is for Dermatologic use to treat sun spots on fair skinned people http://wiki.medpedia.com/Mequinol/tretinoin also my dermatologist told me this but I googled about it anyway everyone's skin is different, I hope this info helped!

Live the darkening form the waxing will go away on it's own regardless... it may take a while but that is definitely not permanent either... keep using the HQ 4 and RA if you want.. but anything you try is going to get rid of that, because it will go away on it's own.. I once waxed my whole bikini area and the whole area turned this beastly dark color and it stayed like that for a few months! But it went away and this was without any lightneing..
