If I am not at fault in an auto accident who pays my medical bills if I am living in pa? I am being told my my auto insurance company that my residence will affect who I go through to initiate getting seen and being treated. I am on my moms insurance and not living with her, however my insurance has told me that I must use my fiance's insurance you to my living arrangements... please help

The insurance company of the car that was at fault should be paying your medical bills, it is likely they may refuse at first and you may have to sue them.
So, whose car were you in ?
Were you driving one of the cars.
If you are not living at your mom it is possible you can not legally be on your moms insurance, you need to talk to your agent on that.
What does your fiancés insurance have to do with it, whose car were you in or driving
