What are the statute of limitations on driving infractions that a person has not been convicted of?

As far as I know, anywhere in Canada, there are no statute of limitations for driving infractions.
I am reading this as you have had driving infractions with summons and you have not appeared in court to pay them or address them. DMV have a system whereby all of these driving infractions appear when you go to renew your drivers license and if you don't pay, you don't get renewed,
