How thankful are you to be quickened of the Spirit. What praise and glory have you shown in Christ Jesus name sake, and God the Father who will quicken you to follow in HIS righteousness.

The meaning of the word quickened transliterated from the Hebrew word "clayah" is to be restored to life, or preserved alive.

And quickened translitered from the Greek word "zoopoieo" is to make alive, or spiritual power to arouse, and endued with new life in greater powers.

Quickened by God has restored my soul to the newness of life, in living righteously by the power of God hand, to do HIS will on earth as it is in heaven as a good servant being fruitful to serve Christ. This willingness to serve Christ in following His footsteps of righteousness, puts satan at the feet of Christ.

The knowledge that when we are dead with Christ Jesus on the cross, and are raised by baptism as Christ was raised, we walk having the spirit of Christ within us. Quicken unto new life through Christ that dwells within us. The Word of God dwells within us.

Hebrew 10:10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

We that are quickened, do believe in Christ's blood that has perfected us forever by the one death on the cross, and raised in baptism as children of God. Those that are sanctified, live in righteousness to service as children of God.

Hebrew 10:14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

Are you sanctified?

Thanks.
I understand that and that is why I said what I said.
Through God's word and spirit and what Jesus Christ has done for us all I'm living a new different life; that is quickened.
Peace and kindness,
Fred

Psalms 23

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
