The car starts fine in the morning no matter how cold it is. But I drive to the store less than 5 min away it won't start back up I don't know what to do I guess it could be the choke. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be it just start. If I let it sit for a while it will start back up just fine.

Replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil should solve the problem. Easy job. Be sure to use dielectric grease on the coil pack terminals.
