I have several desings from Different Djs like the Crookers,Bloodybeetroots ETC , my question is if I can do this sell Band T-s with their name on it ! Is it legal!? Thanks !

No you can't sell tee shirts with their band name on them.That is what royalties is all about. You have to pay them to use their name, otherwise it is fraud.
