Im sarika. Im married and I have 2.5 years old son. At his birth time I can't reduce my baby weight. Now I'm gaining weight again and again my actual weight is 83kg I want to reduce 35 kgs. Im having a problem of irrergular menses also. And we are planning for the second baby. Doctor told me to reduce weight. So, help me to reduce my weight. I'm vegtarian and also watching what I'm eating. Im on diet also but, I don't no what's the problem? I don't have thyroid problem and no colestrol, no sugar nothing. My all reports are normal. Help me.

You can't lose weight unless you do some kind of exercise. Sorry. Just sitting around being a couch potato regardless of just eating vegetables or not. Try walking for an hour a day and the weight will come off gradually. Any exercise even doing housework will help you burn those calories off.

35 kilograms in two months. That's 77 pounds, in 60 days.

You need to talk to your doctor again about this.

If you want to lose weight, you should watch what you eat, and walk.

Walk ,walk, walk.
