If I took cash advanced from credit cards in amount of 25g in canada and moved to states, where I own a house, car, have family, kids, etc... would the credit card companies be able to collect the money/sue/arrest me/kill me... etc?

Yes, they can track to you to the U.S. and collect money or sue you. I don't think they have any power to arrest you or to kill you.

If they sue me, can they lien my house? Would my US credit be affected?

Whether they can get a lien on your house probably depends on the state you live in, the court, etc. Would it affect your U.S. Credit rating? Undoubtedly.

Well... I'm in Illinois. After some online search, it sounds as a fraud. So I was just about of doing it. It is one thing to be unable to make the credit card payments and another thing of emptying foreign credit cards. Also, 50g would be an amount that a collection agency would go after... especially when it would be easy to convince a US court... am I right?

What province did you reside in while in Canada?

The loan may eventually become subject to SOL.
