 Hi Im 19 years old and I’ve had this really flabby waist since I was around 11 years and it hasn’t reduced. I’m really worried and don’t know what to do. I’m not exactly fat around any other part of my body- it’s just my belly which is quite flabby and I feel really embarrassed and what scares me is what if I never get rid of it!! :o

A quick and easy way to reduce waist flab is sit ups, lots and lots of sit ups.
These strengthen your abs, these mucles help tone of your waist and stomach.

If its fat you want to burn don't listen to the other posts. First off sit ups are a y exersice for abs its mainly a hip abbducter move. Crunches are your ab move of choise. But the main thing is anerobic exersices do all for burning fat you can't spot reduct or chose where you burn fat. Cardio and a lower fat diet plus weight lifting will do that for you. Eat 15 cals per pound you weigh. 1-2 grams of protein and 3 carbs per pound you weigh
