My 96 Honda Civic DX won't turn over. The radio and lights all work but starter won't turn over. Any suggestions on what to look for?

. Remove and fully charge/replace the battery. Most auto parts stores will test and charge batteries for free.

. Clean battery cable and starter motor connections.

. Don't jump the battery--there's too much risk in damaging the ECM, alternator, and sensors.

It is possible that you have lost a ground to the starter or even the ignition wire on the starter cylenoid has come off... before spending money replacing things check for the most obvious
