Heyy... :(six months ago I stole from fortinos and I was given a warning and a trespassing paper to sign... I went back a week ago.. got caught stealing about 90 bucks of stuff called a lawyer and was told they were not allowed to listen to me calling him even though they were... I also ended up waiting till 10ish for the cop to come and serve me with..

I was also reserved 3 times du to mistakes on the cops part.. im getting finger printed on the 21st of December and my court dates on the 9th of jan... what will happen and what are the consistences most likely going to be..

You got a warning, and did it again anway. You keep on doing it wrong until you get it right. You thumbed your nose at the system my friend, what do you think is going to happen. Don't say it's the cop's mistake. Its your mistake x2. I hope they throw the book at you.

Depending on what state you are in,you could get a fine,probation and community service.
Chances are good you will not just walk away from it this time.
The courts do not like it when you are a repeat offender.
Get a lawyer!
