How to calculate ROI for Restaurant business? Assuming invested 450,000 to set up the entire restaurant and how long does it take to recover back?

On any basic thinking, it would depend on how many customers you have on average per year, and eventually how popular it becomes. It is only after some time of running the business that you can start to make accurate predictions (from my way of thinking).
