Not able to log on to Internet Explorer. Gives me Broadband Link Error. I have closed all browsers and have , rebooted, restarted, shutdown and even unplugged computer from wall and start all over, but this error message will not go away. Need assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

From your above post it is not clear whether IE is not opening or any web page is not opening. Can you make that clear? (a snapshot would be helpful).
