Hi,

I have a Wharfedale lcd1710af TV. When it is switched on a large blank line appears right down the middle of the TV. The sound and the picture are fine apart from this big blank line.

Any ideas please?

It's probably a big wide area. If you do some light pressing around the edges of the screen, the pic may pop back.

It coud also be a LCD pixel driver issue too. But I had this issue with a laptop where I could press in the appropriate spot and the pic would come back. I had to replace the screen.
