Can this be converted to wind speed in knots or kph?

In relation to wind resistance on a marquee FIGURE OF 73.5 NMsquared was given. Can this be converted to wind speed/load in lbs or knots/kph

Please, do not mess up the letters.
NM is one thing, nm is another thing.
nm is nanometre
Nm^3 means normal cubic metres, or newtons per cubic metres
NM is New Mexico...
Nm^2 could be Newtons per metre square, which is in fact pressure...
