I am a first time offender with 2 counts of felony forgery going court morning what type sentence am I looking at so I can tell my kids

If you are going to court to be sentenced in the moring, you would have already been either to a trial or plead guility. By this point your attorney should be aware of any plea agreements or normal sentencing.

There's no way to tell. There's LOTS of factors that go into sentencing, and we know only ONE - you're a first offender.
But, if you only forged a check for $20 to feed your family, it'll be a lot different than if you forged a check for $1,000's and left the country for several years...
