Change your home page back to the page you want it to be.
Internet Explorer 6: Change Your Home Page (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/using/howto/customizing/prsonalizehmpg.mspx)
You should probably uninstall the screensavers and the "MyWebSearch" stuff.

Downloading screensavers is generally a sure way to get your computer loaded with viruses. I'd recommend downloading Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, make sure its up to date and let it run. Link to download it is below.
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com (http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?tag=mncol)
Hope this helps!
