A friend sent me a link to a piece of music I wanted. It plays fine on my computer but it plays through Real Audio. How can I burn it on to a CD from Real Audio? It is a classical piece and not copyrighted so no problem with that. Can you describe the process? Thanks

Windows Sound Recorder is capable of capturing anything that can be played through the speakers. It will capture it as a .wav file. There are limitations, and I haven't used it all that much so I can't really tell you how to do it.

I use a product called "Wave Corrector". I'm not advocating that you buy it, just noting that it's available. It's not really intended to do exactly this, but it does (it's intended to digitize vinyl records or cassette tapes and filter out the noise).

Once you have a .wav file, you can burn it to CD.
