I have small lumps which look like tiny little blisters, they do not itch and they are not sore. When I squeeze them a tiny 'lump' comes out then they bleed. They are in my pubic hair but not near my vagina

Please don't try to squeeze them. This could lead to further problems. You are opening up for infection to set in. I have to say that if they are not sore or itchy, don't worry but the fact there is some kind of 'head' in them is worrisome. I would go have it checked out.\
