I have a2004 6.0 in an f-350. It has juice programmer,air intake,big exaust. The truck ran awsome until recently. Cold starting,the idle is very rough. Once warm, the start-up seems very sluggish as well as the feel of the pedal. At warm idle, there is a noticeable surging of the tachometer.what do you think?
