The consultant has given me her design conditions for a packaged unit as follows:
Total coolong :274.11kW, Sensible cooling: 157.44kW, On Coil Conditions: 23.0oC and 50% RH, off coil conditions: 11.4oC/98%RH.

1.The stated on-coil and off coil conditions does not match the stated total & Sensible capacities from the psychrometric chart I used. The psychrometric chart gives the following conditions:
Total Cooling 158.25kW, Sensible cooling 137.99kW, on-coil conditions: 23.0oC/50%RH and off-coil conditions: 11.4oC/98%RH. That means the capacity of the unit is smaller than the consultants requirements.

2.For another scenario; the psychrometric chart gives the following conditions:
Total Cooling 274.6kW, Sensible cooling 156.97kW, on-coil conditions: 23.0oC/50%RH and off-coil conditions: 9.94oC/70.92%RH. That means the capacity of the unit is same as the consultants requirements but off conditions reduced.

Please advise whether the unit to be selected should meet item 1 requirements or item 2 requirements? Which is the most important? The capacities or the off-coil conditions?
