Hello all and Happy Thanksgiving I am currently having writers block and I am doing a paper on Discrimation in Workplace.So If possible can someone give me ideas in starting.Thanks.

Imagine you are sitting beside someone in a coffee shop who announces that discrimination was all in the head, it doesn't exist any more. What would you say to him? Write down your main points and expand them, and there you are. All done.

If I were doing it, I'd probably mention things like relative numbers in employment, relative wages, maternity leave and how it affects promotion prospects and pensions, glass ceilings, language used in the workplace, education relative to income, stuff like that. But you may have a completely different take on it.
