I saw this movie maybe about 10-15 years ago. It was about a white boy who lost his mother, I want to say near or in Africa. The only thing he had of hers was a bracelet. I remember a black man in some type of camp who taught the boy to box. I think the boy was sent off to a school as well sometime during the movie. At the end the black man is murdered. I've been trying to find the name of the movie for a while so if anyone has ever heard of it or can think of the name PLEASE let me know! Thank you! ;)
