For a long time I am already trying to find a movie that I saw long time ago when I was young, at least 7 years ago. It's about a kid who got into an accident, I don't remember exactly the kind of an accident but I know he ended up in the hospital. He had this relative who developed this red liquid to make someone more intelligent and first he tried it on his parrot, it worked. Then he came to the boy in the hospital and gave him to drink the liquid and the boy then immediately woke up. The boy was very intelligent but somehow he got hooked up with a bunch of thieves and they made him steal really expensive diamonds. I remember when the boy was stealing the diamonds he took a photo of the room containing the diamonds and placed it on the security camera, such as no one would be able to see anything in motion. I also believe the boy was really afraid from water, but that's I can't tell for sure... :confused: :)
