A company manufactures bicycels and trycycles. FOr both products, meterials are added at the beginning of the production process, and conversion costs are incureed uniformly. Production and cost data for the month of May are as follows:

Production data- Bicycles Units Percent complete
W.I. p. Units, May 1 500 80%
Units started in production 1000
W.I.P. units, May 31 600 10%

Cost Data- Bicycles
W.I.P. may 1
Materials 10000
COnversion costs 9280 $19,280
Direct Materials 50,000
Direct Labor 18,320
Manu overhead 30,000

Calculate the following:
1. The equivalent units of production for materials and conversion costs.
2. The unti costs of production for materials and conversion costs.
3. The assignment of costs to units transferred out and in process as the end of the accounting period

And how do I prepare a production cost report for the month of may for bicycles?

First, you need to understand that we do not just answer your homework for you. And this is a long, involved process taking up most of a chapter in an average textbook. If you have some concept of how to do this, please post what you have so someone can check it. If you're lost, this is a difficult topic to try to cover in a forum like this.

I can give you a link, but don't know that it's going to help you any more than your textbook:
