I want to know how to make a mold of a front bumper a fender and a hood and it has to be obviously different from factory or anyone else so I can pattent it which I will do myself but I need to know how to make a few molds and how to mass produce using fiberglass for the fender and hood and using plastic for the front bumper for a good price... it's a pretty tough question some people claim they can do it but its very time consuming and expensive or really cheap sounding like making a mold of a front bumper by fiber glassing both inside and out of bumper and somehow getting the bumper out or just taking the fiberglass mold and add a layer so adding another fiberglass mold with somew thing to prevent it from sticking but I would prefer a full even mold that I could open and close and pour fiberglass in or some kind of plastic

You need a mould and then you lay down the fibreglass and resin, alternating between the 2 until you reach the desired thickness.
You then remove the piece and sand and prime it.

Fibreglass comes in rolls of varying lengths, and resin is usually bought in 20 litre drums.

Fibreglassing is a little more complex than just pouring something into a mould so it would be best if you could talk to someone about the process before attempting it yourself.

Boating shops are usually pretty good places to start.

I honestly don't know how to make an actual mould, people I know who have fibreglass moulds have purchased them.
The actual task of fibreglassing is not too difficult, it just takes a lot of practice.

Carbon fibre is basically a weave of metal, there are quite a few types of carbon fibre (dry carbon, kevlar etc) not easy to work with and very expensive. I have a few carbon fibre parts here but honestly have no idea how to shape them.

If we told you how to do this, then you would have to include any one of us in your profits. On the other hand, it would not be your design or patent if you can ask others to help you with it. You idea is almost impossible to accomplish anyway.

Just looking for advise from smart people and people of professions that might have come across this.. not looking for negative people that try to bring people down and I'm sure if people wanted to take profits from me if they make me a lot of money that works for me.. btw time is money tick and you wasted about 5 minutes of it so you owe me some money yourself... if you got anthing good to add maybe well call it even... its not impossible aftermarket body parts are made these ways by mny shops

Thanks for trying to come up with an answer though good try(pat on back) everyone else thank you ill keep people posted on how it works

Thank you
