Hi, just wondering what exactly a construction clean up crew does. What kind of work is it, hazards etc.
Thanks!

It all really depends on the type of construction. If it is the typical construction of a hose, after it had been finished the clean up crew cleans up any left over saw dust, cleans up the yard, in lay mans terms, makes the out doors look presentable to the public. Inside, sometimes they have a crew that goes through to cleans out any scraps of wood, saw dust, tools left behind, etc.

As for how hazardous it is, it all depends on what kind of crew. If it is what I described above, its not very hazardous, with the exception of saw dust in the air.

There are pre-cleanups, on-going progressive cleanups and final cleanups, all should be cleaned as per the owners written specifications. The type of commercial building determins the type of proper cleaning; retail, regular businesses (offices), chemical processing, etc, as you can see the market and or building predetermines what I sto be done and the risk involved.

As for homes/houses _Me_ has pretty much nailed it.
