Ok Im 24 years old. I have a problem with having orgasims. I do not reach an orgasm through masturbation or oral or vaginal sex. I only get it through lying down and pushing against the floor. My penis is flat and for some reason the pressure gets me off. I don't understand why or how but ever since I was very young it has been like this. I can't comprehend why I have this problem. If anyone knows a way for me to get help for it please let me know because I would like to have an orgasm like a normal person.
