When I turn my computer on it goes to "downloading 3 of 3" then take a while to do whatever it is doing then a black screen appears on this screen I can't do anything as the keys don't work then it goes to the beginning - I don't know what to do I. can someone please help and explain what is happening to my computer.

It appears that it's trying to do Windows Updates. You should let it run its course. How long have you left it like that?

It just carries on doing it then stops halfway and keeps foing back to downloading 3 of 3 but won't finish the update - it's been like this for a few weeks now - is there anything I can do to allow it to finish the update - please help I'm desperate
