Should I use Kholer or Grohe value's? WE are remodling our Masterbath. Also with two shower heads, one handheld and 3 body sprays should I use a tranfer value or individual volume controls? Thanks Mary

Kohler and Grohe both make very good high end product, go with the one that pleases your eye. Now for the control question, how large are your supply lines to the controls?

Thanks for your answer.. We have 3/4 lines hot and cold... Kohler has one I like better but I wanted to make sure we were using the best. Since this will most likely be the only time we ever redo our bath.. DH is very overwelmed.. I was thinking of using a 3/4
thermostat mixer and then either the four different volume controls or the use a tranfer value. And I am not sure if the body sprays should have it's own thermostat or is I can just use one for all four outlets.s.? Thanks again for your time..

Well, let me put it this way: I install both brands for over 20 years. When I built my last house couple of years ago, I used Grohe faucets and showers in all of my bathrooms and kitchen. Grohe is very stylish, innovative, and well priced. On the other hand, I prefer Kohler for tubs, sinks, and toilets. Nobody gets even close.

Thanks Milo,

The priceing is pretty close. I just want to have a product that will last. A lot of people tell me to use Moen. But I really don't like the style's they have to offer. I like the Kohler Olbe style but I don't want to buy just for looks.. Grohe has a few stlye's I can live with but none that I crazy about.. Oh it's soososos hard decieding. Thanks for your input..

Moen is a very reliable, well warrantied fixture company but Kohler and Grohe are thought to be even higher quality, they are higher priced too. I do not think you can go wrong with any of them, that's why I said buy the one that looks best to you, they all will work well.
