Hi

To fix a issue of hyperlinks not working from Emali client Outlook, I installed a patch from the Microsoft Support website. I am sure it worked on the registery and after that the hyperlink issue vanished.
However, program groups of software installed by me have vanished now from the Start Menu! (e.g SKYPE etc)

I tried restoring from the previous System restore points but XP reports that there is no change and hence nothing is being restored.
Please help me get back my program groups..
I use Geniune Windows XP Home edition.

Reinstall skype and with other programs or groups that may be missing, recreate them and then make new shortcuts for the programs that were in the groups if they are still installed on PC
