Just purchased our 2nd dryer in a week. Yeah, I'm severely irritated with home appliances at the moment. We are military and don't have the $ to buy new. Wish we did. 1st person sold me some some piece of garbage that was dented and held together with gum and won't answer the phone to refund. Now just today, bought a replacement. Came home after the 2hr car ride, hooked it up. Worked for a few minutes, made a squeaky sound then shut off completely. Popped the lid, belt is fine. I can hear the motor trying when I turn the switch. The drum won't spin. It seems stuck. At this point I'm practically begging. So tired of being taken advantage of and lied to. Please anyone, help?

Drum should move by hand. Sometimes the belt pops off when you try, though.
