:confused:Hello!

Doing a research paper and having hard time narrowing down this topic.

I need to write a paper outlining 2 Ethical Issues in Finance. Since Finance is so broad, I need to narrow it down.

I was thinking about narrowing it down to Investment Banking. But I don't know what 2 ethical issues are relevant to this subcategory.

Can you help?

Also, what other subcategories on Finance can I consider talking about? And what 2 ethical issues would those categories have?

Thanks a lot!

The subject is FINANCE COMPANIES.

1) These Companies usually lend money.
The first ethical issue is :-
How do they earn the interest.
Is the Rule of 78 fair?

These Companies pay brokerage to their
Agents who raise money for them.
The second ethical issue is having paid
Brokerage on the initial deal, is it ethical for them to contact the client direct for renewing
The original deal. They do this to avoid paying
Any more brokerage.
Is it fair?
