When pumping gas from any service station into my car, the nozzle to the pump handle of the gas dipenser keeps shutting off. Usually, ever 5-10 sec. and it doesn't matter what angle the pump is in the tank or how hard I am pushing the nozzle into the tank to make a good seal.

At first I was going to say, try another service station- but you say you have tried several. This is seemingly caused, by a blowback of gas/vapors within the tank itself. Either by obstruction or blockage- I would do a visual from the tank neck, or find a reliable service center for other leads.

Vent hose is probably plugged with spider web. Have someone competent in diagnosing evap systems pinpoint the exact location and repair as needed.

Agree with dragon on that one. Seen it many times myself.
