Basically I've been with my boyfriend for 11 months - year in December.

He has an ex girlfriend who used to live round the corner to him so he used to go round there a lot to see her brother which he calls he's brother which I think is odd. Even though he only went out with her for a few weeks years ago I still can't come to terms with him staying there every Monday I feel really over protective of him as I have been cheatd on many occasions with my ex's. But he is meant to be quite close with her family which makes it more harder for me :(
I don't feel its right to stay mates let alone best mates with an ex as there is too much history there. Its not the fact that they went out it's the fact there was feelings there.

What makes it worse is that she dumped him because of an arugment they had he went to ask her back out she said no but she also said she didn't want him out of her life completely so he goes to her house one a week to apparently see her brother.

I love my boyfriend to pieces, but do you think I'm over reacting because of my past, or do you think I'm getting treated wrong? Also if I am going to be with my boyfriend for a long time long enough to get married and have children will they be in (our) lifes forever I've met he's ex once and she looked at me asif I was nothing so we haven't got along.

Every (girl) I've told this too has told me they wudnt let there bfs stay there the night but I feel asif I can't argu with him about it as I'm afraid that he will leave me for them.
This really gets to me and I don't want to leave him but if this carrys on I don't feel I could take it much longer :(

I've really never heard of men going to spend the night at other mens house unless they were drinking and then couldn't drive, but usually it isn't a planned thing, so I can't help you with that, but I can tell you that if you don't have trust in your relationship than it isn't much of a relationship. You both need the trust for it to survive.:)

Talk to him more about it, what's he doing over there that he can't do at home and why doesn't his boyfriend come to his house? I really don't understand the sleep over part:confused:

It depends on the age, as I don't think you can blame him for your exes past mistakes. Sure I wouldn't allow it if my fiancé tried to do that but I would also explain to her how I felt with conversation rather than arguing. Often times when we try to talk and get our point across we come off as hazardous
