Thanks for the promt reply to my problem with a new card scan 60. I followed your instructions several times with the same results. (image on a 3 1/2" card comes out 3 1/2" x 1/2" high. I did on one try receive the following message. ( Assert Failed file:.page.c, line: 175, info: 0(0)

Just found my problem. Thermographic cards with raised lettering cause the scanner to hesitate as it scans, thereby giving a distorted image. Some types of laminated cards tend to slip giving the same problem.
