All right, I remember watching this when I was much younger(I am now 18, I must have been 8 when I watched it).
I mainly remember that it's a Halloween cartoon movie (for children, not a horror movie or anything like that) during the 90's and I could NEVER remember what it was called.
(I know, for sure, it's not the Peanuts, these kids were probably 12 years old or so.)

If if helps any, there was 4 kids I think, one guy was dressed as a mummy(I think he might have worn glasses), one of the other guy is black(not being racist here, just giving out the info I can remember from eons ago), and there being a girl too. But I don't remember anything about the other kid, but I think he might have blonde hair but I'm not sure.
I also remember there being tissue paper being used in the trees too.

All of 4 of the kids were thin too. I think the movie was made during the 1990's or so, maybe late 1980's but not any earlier then that and definitely not into the 21st century.
The animation wasn't too bad if that also helps any.
