Recently I have become addicted to burning myself with water but there are no marks I'm 11 so is it just a phase or do I have a problem

I think you may be developing a problem. Plain hot water that doesn't leave blisters is a very small first step. Find someone to talk to about it before you take another. Moms and Dads may be too close to help you unless you ask calmly, but there are other people you can talk to. Uncles, Aunts, Church leaders, even people at school can help, although the people at school have to jump through a lot of hoops if you tell them about this.

I cut and burned for years, from the age of 12. I'm 18 now, I didn't manage to get help until I was 16, and I was actually institutionalized. As much as you might think it's not serious now, it WILL progress into a huge problem. It made my life miserable, it wasn't worth it. I know public school counseling can suck, but if you have nowhere else to turn, you should definitely stick with it, it'll save you in the future. And if all else fails, you should def go to your parents, as much as that might suck. If you can work on it now, it won't kick you so hard in the later.

Water, she hasn't been back in 2 months. If you have a question please ask your own rather than piggybacking onto old ones.

Edit: isn't it dihydrogen monoxide?
