I have a 2000 Z24 that is making a creaking sound from the front end when I go over bumps. Doesn't matter if I'm turning or not, it does it while in a straight line. Could this be bushings and if so how can I lubricate them on this car.

Check the struts, sway bar links, and ball joints.

Check lower control arm bushings. The rear ones are round and fail a lot. Look from the side and if the control arm is sitting on the sub frame they're junk. You need a press to change them.
