I have a 19 week old kitten who's eyes are watery could this be cause from kitty litter? :confused:

That's a good possibility... and it could be any other dust or contaminantes that are irritating your kitten's eyes.
As a kitten, you should be seeing your vet for routine vaccinations and check ups anways. I would ask about it.
