So sir tell me the full process of marriage in court, & how much fee I have to pay for this marriage? How much time it takes?

I don't know where you are located, but it is not a court you are married in. A civil cermony is in a courthouse and you pay a nominal fee and I believe it takes about l/2 hour. You should have witnesses with you.
