Tub has plunger style drain. Removed cover of drain three days ago to remove hair stuck in the mechanics of the drain. Re-installed cover and tub drained perfectly for 6-8 showers. Now tub will not drain.

Remove drain cover again. No sign of hair. Removed plunger assembly from tub side. Tub still won't drain. Poured vinegar and baking soda down the drain. It appear to open momentary but still blocked. Is it a mechanic problem or is the drain plugged.

All other drains in the house working fine.

Liquid Plumber always works well for me. Some time you have to bring the big guys out.

As a repair plumber I have never recommended using harsh chemicals. In your drainage system. Besides they only seem to work in TV commercias.
You have a clog in the drain line. Snake the line from the tub waste,(see image).
You'll run into a bend about 18" down but once around that you'll only have 10 more feet of snake to put out. Flush with a tub of hot water. Good luck, Tom
